Spiritual coaching that listens to what your soul already knows
What if the answers you are searching for are not missing — but simply waiting to be heard? Together we create the stillness for them to arrive.
Begin your conversationHow the work unfolds
A spiral, not a straight line
Spiritual coaching is rarely linear. We circle back, go deeper, and discover new layers each time. Below is the rhythm most clients experience — though your path will always be your own.
Arriving
We begin with a grounding conversation. No intake forms, no clinical checklists — just an honest exchange about where you are right now and what feels unresolved. This first session is about creating a container of trust.
Unearthing
Through reflective inquiry, guided meditation, and somatic awareness, we gently surface the beliefs, patterns, and stories that may be obscuring your clarity. This is where the real work begins to take root.
Integrating
Insight without integration fades quickly. We anchor your discoveries into daily practices — journaling prompts, breathwork rituals, or contemplative walks — so the shifts become embodied rather than intellectual.
Expanding
As clarity deepens, new questions naturally emerge. We continue spiralling — revisiting themes with fresh eyes, honouring the seasons of your growth, and celebrating the quiet revolutions happening within.

Sessions shaped around you
Deep-dive series (6 sessions)
This is the heart of the work. Over six fortnightly sessions, we journey through your inner landscape with intention and care. Each ninety-minute session builds on the last, creating a coherent arc of transformation.
Between sessions you will receive personalised reflections, guided audio meditations, and journaling invitations to keep the thread alive. Many clients describe this series as the most honest conversation they have ever had with themselves.
Ideal for those navigating a significant life transition — career change, grief, spiritual awakening, or a deep longing for meaning that will not be silenced.
£480 for the full seriesSingle clarity session
A standalone seventy-five-minute session for when you need a compassionate mirror. We will explore one question or theme in depth, and you will leave with a tangible practice to carry forward. Perfect as a first step or a periodic tune-up.
£95 per sessionWalking consultation
For those who think best in motion. We meet outdoors and walk together while exploring your question. Movement loosens what sitting still sometimes cannot. Available in the greater Hyatting area and surrounding countryside.

Words left behind
I came expecting answers and instead learned how to sit with the questions. That shift alone changed everything — my relationship to uncertainty became one of curiosity rather than dread. The sessions felt less like coaching and more like remembering who I was before the noise.— R.M., Belfast, after completing the deep-dive series
The walking consultation was unlike anything I have experienced. Something about being side by side rather than face to face made it easier to speak the things I had been carrying silently for years. I left feeling lighter in the most literal sense.— S.K., Derry, single walking session
What struck me most was the absence of judgement. There was no agenda, no framework being imposed. Just genuine presence and the kind of questions that stay with you for days afterwards. I have recommended this work to three friends already.— J.T., Enniskillen, ongoing client
A few words about the guide
Rooted in presence, not performance
I have spent over fifteen years studying contemplative traditions — from Celtic spirituality and Quaker silence to Buddhist mindfulness and Jungian depth psychology. My training includes accredited coaching certifications, but the real education has come from my own seasons of confusion, loss, and eventual homecoming to myself.
I do not have a formula. What I offer is a quality of attention — a willingness to sit with you in the places that feel tangled until the thread reveals itself. My role is not to tell you what your life means, but to help you hear what it is already saying.
Based in Hyatting, Northern Ireland, I work with clients both in person and via video call. The landscape here — its quiet hills, its ancient light — has taught me a great deal about patience. I bring that same unhurried quality to every session.
